in the early hours of the Senate election

Average turnout and delayed  opening of some committees

Followers of the Egyptian Coalition for Human Rights and Development in giza governorates, Alexandria, Beni Suef, Qena, Aswan, Eastern and Western monitored a number of observations, the most important of which was the delay in opening some committees and average turnout rates in the first two hours to start voting

Coalition observers monitored an average voter turnout as follows:

Aswan Provincial Advocaat Center

The committees saw the numbers of 164 in the Committee of the Azhar Institute – and the 165th Committee of the School of Peace in the village of Muwaisat – and the 203rd committee in the Bahri onion complex in GeneralArya- and the 210th committee, the women’s committee of the joint school of Saaida before me, and the committee of the Religious Institute of Saaida before me, an average turnout.

Eastern Province

The committee 937 at the Martyrs’ School Kafr Hamouda, the Center of Heya – and the committees of Sharif Bayoumi Preparatory School based in Um al-Zain – and the Martyr Safwat Shukr Elementary School, witnessed an average turnout.

Giza Governorate

Committees: Safaya Zaghloul School Complex – Al-Ma’adiya Primary School Benin – Al-Ma’adiya Primary School Girls – Martyr Mahmoud Abdel Moneim Preparatory School – Osman Bin Afan School for Basic Education – Taj Al-Doul Secondary Countries Girls – Imbaba Military High School Benin, moderate turn out to vote.

And in beni Suef province saw committees

  • Martyr Moataz Elementary School in The Village of Sanur, Beni Suef Center.
  • Committee No. 54 Middle School in The Village of Belvaya Girls Center Beni Suef.
  • Committee No. 28 Martyr Abdul Samad Elementary School in Eastern Tuzmant.
  • Committee No. 6 Martyr Saad Mohammed Mohammed School-  Hassan Abu Salim  –  Beni Suef Center.
  • Committee No. 320 Gamal Abdel Nasser School in Kom Al-Sa’ida Center of Beba.
  • Committee No. 25 School martyr Osama Ali Obeid –  Halabia  –  Beni Suef Center.
  • Committee No. 26, Milky Health Unit, Beni Suef Center.
  • Committee No. 27 Of the Village Council decorated the east.
  • Committee No. 16 Middle School in The Village of Beni Bakhit.
  • My committee no. 341, 342 Martyr’s School in Deir Fathi, Al-Baranqa village, Beba Center.
  • Committee No. 304 Primary School in Al-Za’abana

Average turnout

And in Qena Governorate

The Committees of the Naval Critics School, the 375th Committee of the Agricultural Management Committee of Nakada, and the 373rd Committee of the Naval Critics School, witnessed an average turnout.

And in the western province

The committees of Ahmadiyya High School saw Tanta School Street,

 Committees of martyr Ahmed Sarhan in the locality of The Former Preparatory Homme, Martyr Aslan School Al, Jalaa Industries Schools Complex in Tanta School of Mechanical Sea Street in Tanta.

Average turn out

Alexandria Governorate:

The turnout was average.

  • Committee 13, 14, 15, 16 School Dr. Mustafa Musharraf
  • Bousaid State Language School.

Coalition observers also monitored the delay in opening some committees

  • Committee No. 206 Martyr Mustafa Ali School
  • 141st Committee of Imbaba Military High School
  •  Kafr Abdul Aziz School in Hassan Saleh, Eastern Province
  • The committee of the School of AlzoAydiya in Advo center in Aswan province and the committees of Ibrahim Thabet Elementary School next to the School of The Snaai Girls in Eastern Vakos.
