Shadi Khalaf was Sentenced to 3 Years in Prison for Accusing him of Sexually Assaulting 7 Girls

Today, Tuesday, February 22, 2022, the Cairo Criminal Court issued a three-year prison sentence to the artist Shadi Khalaf in case No. 6238 of 2021 Heliopolis Criminal Court No. 2455 of 2021 East Cairo, accusing him of indecent assault on 7 girls and decided to refer the civil case to the competent court.

The Public Prosecution referred the accused to the Cairo Criminal Court on charges of harassment, indecent assault and attempted rape of 7 girls inside an acting training studio workshop in Cairo.

The investigations of the Public Prosecution revealed that the accused harassed and sexually assaulted 7 girls against their will in his workshop for acting training.

Where one of the victims, called “S.M”, stated that she joined a studio owned by the accused to receive acting lessons in 2017 and while she was with him, he forcibly grabbed her and carried her, until one of the workers entered when he left her and she. she preferred not to report for fear of her reputation and when she knew through websites on social media, that he committed acts of harassment with others. she wrote what happened to her on social media and that his main goal was indecent assault.

Another victim named “K.M” stated that she joined the accused’s studio to start acting lessons and he asked her to attend training to play a movie role for one of the films and grabbed her by force.
