The Egyptian Alliance for Human Rights and Development has started training observers of parliament in Bani Souif and Al Minia. The first training in Al Minia started in cooperation with the Association of the Arab Center for Human Rights in Al Minia while the second training was in Bani Souif which was conducted in cooperation with the Association of Developing Society.
 
The trainer, Mr. Haitham Osman, explained the concept of following up and observing, legal framework and the decisions of the National Elections Commission related to the parliament elections 2020. In addition, he trained them on monitoring and documenting irregularities and violations and preparing and writing the following up applications. The last part of the training was dedicated to explaining the mechanisms of preparing following up reports according to international mechanisms. The number of trainee observers reached 30 young trainees with higher qualifications with an average of 15 young people in each governorate.
