The training course organized by the Egyptian Coalition for Human Rights and Development in cooperation with the Association for Community Development in Naqada, which was attended by (20) members of the Coalition.
It is worth mentioning that this was the seventh training session of the
Egyptian Coalition for Human Rights and Development to train its observers in various governorates. Development expert Ms. Dalia Ibrahim, trained the participants on the importance of participation and educating voters about their rights, as well as the importance of the Senate. Mr. Abdel Nasser Kandil, a human rights expert and electoral systems expert trained participants on the rights and duties of the observer and explained the decisions of the National Elections Authority and the laws related to Senate elections
