The participants are:
• Mr. Ashraf Diab (Program Coordinator at the Egyptian Coalition for Human Rights and Development)
• Dr. Amal Zakaria Qutb, member of the House of Representatives and President of Eshraqat Amal Association for Community Development in Beheira
• Nearly 100 individuals representing NGOs in Beheira Governorate participated in the seminar in its various centers and a number of the General Committee for the Protection of Children.
During the meeting:
• Mr. Diab, reviewes the initiative, which is represented in cooperation between NGOs to form a network of associations in the targeted governorates to build the capacity of associations in various fields.
• Dr. Qutb, speaks about the ways to protect children and presented realistic examples that were circulated between more than one association and ways to solve them, and revealed cases that were circulated among more than one association about child homelessness, early marriage, child begging and child labor.
• Some associations also review their efforts and activities in the field of child protection, presented cases that these associations dealt with, and presented ways of solutions they presented to the rest of the associations to benefit from each other’s experiences.
