The 19 people were killed in two separate strikes; The first strike took place in Mai Tsippi on Monday, killing 17 flour mill workers, and two were killed in another drone strike on Tuesday in Hewan , south of Mekelle, the capital of Tigray.
It is worth noting that these raids are not new, as 59 people were killed and 138 injured in another airstrike on Didibet camp for displaced people northwest of Tigray on Friday.
For its part, the Egyptian coalition stresses the importance of protecting civilians and not harming them in places of armed conflict.
The Egyptian coalition also calls on the Ethiopian government to abide by the rules of the four Geneva Conventions regarding the protection of civilians in times of war.
