In January 2020, Abdelbari Mansi, an Egyptian Actor working as a stuntman in Turkish cinema, was subjected to a racist attack by a Turkish citizen in Istanbul, Turkey, because of him speaking Arabic, the incident began when Abdelbari was riding the bus with his sister, sister-in-law and baby girl. The Turk started Shouting at him without any reasons and before Abdelbari responded to him the Turk threatened to shoot him and then punched him in the face, which led to Abdelbari breaking his nose and he attempted to defend himself and the Turk also tried to attack the women accompanying Abdelbari and a fight broke out between them, and Abdelbari called the police who arrived and arrested the Turk.
