Food crisis in the countries of the African Sahel

The problem of food shortage is now considered one of the common problems
facing nations, and the reports of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the
United Nations (FAO) show how difficult the food problem is, as they indicate that
tens of millions of people in the world are threatened with death today due to
starvation and diseases caused by malnutrition, while More than one billion and
one hundred million people are now suffering from hunger and malnutrition, and
according to the United Nations report, seven million children die annually due to
hunger and this despite the technological revolutions and the industrial and
knowledge revolution
